Michelle also provides specialised training to those who wish to integrate drama into their current work. Examples include Montessori teachers, care staff, play school leaders, after school workers, child minders, parents or community workers.

Drama facilitates good oratory skills, a wide range of appropriate ways of communicating and the important quality of empathy. Drama also works to promote imagination and develop a true sense of self esteem. Methodologies and lots of practical exercises are explored enabling those who participate in training to utilise their skills.
